A little bit about me!

I trained in Hatha yoga (qualified 2011 with BWY) I offer a mixed movement class of flowing sequences and static holds. I like to add in some strength work using resistance bands now and again along with the occasional YIN posture. Classes with me are not fast paced, I want my students to come out of the fast lane and take time out.

I'm not really strict on alignment these days, so I will encourage students to find their own safe alignment and flow with the rhythm of the breath. If we all move too fast from one posture to the next we lose the essence of being, loosing the reason for the practice itself.

Keeping things simple works well for me.
