Change can be viewed as either exciting or frightening, but regardless of how we view it, we must all face the fact that change is the very nature of life.

You don't need a lot of space to practice some yoga at home, you also don't need to have lots of time. Be kind to yourself and even consider a short practice of 15 mins. A simple breathing practice with an arm sequence or a few balances when your brushing your teeth can easily be fit into your day.

What will a community class look like post covid-19?

We truly live in a state of impermanence. If we adapt to change we suffer less.
A community class will look a bit different as we move forward post pandemic. It is still all a bit up in the air, as many of us want to enjoy the social element of practicing yoga with our friends in a class environment. However, future classes need risk assessments, rooms need cleaning before and after. The amount that can attend will be smaller and booking will be essential to avoid disappointment. Payment will be made beforehand on-line via the website or via an app. Bringing your own equipment will be mandatory. We all need to look out for each other like never before.
Gone are the days of dropping in at the last minute.
Head to the Zoom page for the at home yoga experience.
