January 2022
Over the last 22 months, I have moved away from a faster vinyasa style of yoga due to my own ill health following covid 19. Meditation has been my main focus with lots of gentle breathing practices. As I write in Janary 2022 dizziness and on-going fatigue affect me daily, so any physical practice tends to be YIN these days, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

What will a community class look like post covid-19?
What will a community class look like post covid-19?
May 2021
We truly live in a state of impermanence. If we adapt to change we suffer less.
A community class will look a bit different as we move forward post pandemic. It is still all a bit up in the air, as many of us want to enjoy the social element of practicing yoga with our friends in a class environment. However, future classes need risk assessments, rooms need cleaning before and after. The amount that can attend will be smaller and booking will be essential to avoid disappointment. Payment will be made beforehand on-line via the website or via an app. Bringing your own equipment will be mandatory. We all need to look out for each other like never before.
Gone are the days of dropping in at the last minute.
Head to the Zoom page for the at home yoga experience.
